The web site WINSTANT.com is owned and managed by WINSTANT hereinafter referred to simply as ‘WINSTANT'. In order to use our web site a user must have an account with us.  New users may register by clicking the link on our homepage which reads ‘Register'.

In order to process a new registration the potential member must provide the following information:

2.2 ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY

In line with our Anti-Money laundering Policy and ‘Know your customer’ procedures, WINSTANT may request the following documents be provided by the account holder :

1. Government Issues Photo ID
2. Utility Bill
3. A Bank Statement showing Name & Address
4. If a Credit Card was used on the account, a copy of the front and back of the credit card (CVC code can be blanked)

Any payments requested may be delayed until the requested documentation is received, verified and Approved. Failure to receive this documentation after a request by Winstant may result in payments being cancelled and the account being closed. You may, at any time without a request from Winstant, send this information to us via email to support@winstant.com

2.3 INFORMATION SECURITY

Your winnings and payments are kept strictly confidentail.  We do not divulge any information to third parties unless such information disclosure to competent authorities is required by law.

3.3   CORRECT OR AMEND YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As our customer you are entitled to correct any data which is inaccurate or outdated.  Kindly send an email to support@winstant.com with reference to which data you would like to amend and we endeavor to process your request within the shortest possible time. You may also update the data yourself by logging into your account.

3.4  PROCESSING OF OTHER DATA

1. We trace the IP address of our customers and use it in order to provide you with a better technical service.
2. We track your IP address against your user identification in order to prevent fraudulent activities and also to create an audit trail.

3.5  AMENDMENTS TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

1. We shall inform you of any changes to our privacy policy either by means of an email or by a statement on our homepage or elsewhere on our website.  Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy in force at the time when such data was first collected.

3.7   AGE RESTRICTIONS

1. 3. WINSTANT reserves the right to conduct a security review to validate your identity and your age and to ensure that your use of our service is not in breach of our terms and conditions of use or of applicable law.
4. Acceptance of our Privacy Policy authorizes us to conduct such security reviews which may include ordering of credit reports or verification of the information supplied by you against third party databases.

3.10 CLOSING AN ACCOUNT WITH US

1. As our customer you may close your account with us at any time.
   
2. You must first withdraw any existing funds from your account and then send an email to support@winstant.com requesting us to close your account.
   
3. Following closure of your account we will retain your personal data on record for as long as required by law. We shall only use your data should this be required by authorities in cases of fraud or other illegal activity.  This will be the sole exception to use of your personal data until its complete deletion from our records.
   

3.11 CLOSING A CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT

1. WINSTANT reserves the right to close any account at any given time for any reason in order to perform necessary investigations.  Following the outcome of the investigation we shall in our absolute discretion, either keep the account closed and/or provide you with information as to the investigation and/or re-open the account.

4. UNLAWFUL ACTIONS AND TRANSACTIONS

1. WINSTANT shall take measures against any person found cheating or attempting to cheat or defraud WINSTANT or any of WINSTANT's customers or any other person using the services provided by WINSTANT.  Cheating and defrauding shall be inclusive of but not limited to fraudulent payment, use of stolen credit cards, chargeback or other reversal of a payment, money laundering or any other unlawful transaction.

5.  SECURITY PROCEDURES

Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that detail their viewing preferences.
