iPod for Ideas Terms & Conditions

1. Winstant will give away 1 iPod for each game idea we receive that we subsequently build and launch on the Winstant site.

2. Winstant will decide at the time of sending which model of iPod will be sent.

3. iPods will be sent within 1 week of the game being launched on the Winstant site.

4. Winstant will notify recipients of the iPod via email before it is sent.

5. iPods will be sent to the address associated with the account registration. In order to be able to receive an iPod, you must be a member of Winstant (No deposit or game play necessary).

6. Winstant reserves the right to publish the username of accounts receiving an iPod.

7. Where more than one person suggests the same idea, the idea received first (based on database server times) will receive the iPod.

8. Winstant's decision on any issue relating to this iPod giveaway is final.

9. Winstant reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Game ideas already submitted at the time the offer is withdrawn will still be eligible to receive an iPod should the game be built and launched.
